Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals who require support with daily activities and personal care. Your role will involve promoting independence, ensuring the well-being of our clients, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for them.

Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client's physical or mental condition
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with social work principles and practices
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs
- Experience working in home care or assisted living settings is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
